CX DAY IS GLOBAL CELEBRATION FOR THOSE DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES
On Tuesday, Aug. 23, Universal Mind is hosting a Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) Summer Celebration Event around local activities planned for the fourth annual CX Day, taking place on Oct. 5.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., both CXPA members and curious professionals are invited to Universal Mind’s West End offices at 302 N. Market St., Suite 425, to connect with others to discuss plans for CX Day.
CX Day is a global celebration of companies and people who are delivering the highest-quality experiences to customers, and was created by the CXPA, the premier, global nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession.

Celebrating the rising importance of customer experience to companies, CX Day highlights the efforts of all customer experience professionals to raise the bar for achievement and innovation in the CX field.
The Aug. 23 planning and discussion event includes light refreshments, beer and wine and a best practices “gallery” walk of ideas to help you begin planning for CX Day.
