Industrious Moving into Downtown Dallas’ One Arts Plaza

The coworking company's 22,748-square-foot space opening this summer in One Arts Plaza will be its first Dallas location.

Industrious will open a location in One Arts Plaza in downtown Dallas, the coworking company announced on its website.  

New York-based Industrious already has locations throughout the country, including Austin, Pittsburgh, and Los Angeles.

Its 22,748-square-foot space opening this summer in One Arts Plaza will be its first Dallas location. Industrious will take over a portion of 7-Eleven’s former officeThe Dallas Morning News reported. There will be 70 to 80 private offices.

“Dallas is a historic city with a growing ecosystem of startups and businesses,” Industrious CEO and co-Founder Jamie Hodari told The Dallas Morning News. “We’re excited to collaborate with Billingsley to help energize the Dallas community and couldn’t think of a better location than One Arts Plaza.”

Members will pay a fee beginning at $450 per month for access to office space, common areas, and conference rooms.

In addition to the usual coworking staples, such as fast internet and unlimited printing, Industrious offers concierge services, relaxation rooms, parties, and a coffee bar and lounge.
