Common Desk is headed to the suburbs with its third location.

The Dallas coworking firm, which made its debut in 2012, will be opening a Plano location by spring, according to The Dallas Morning News.

At 27,532 square feet, the new location on the first and second floors of Granite Park V tower will be its largest space to date.

“North Dallas is long overdue for a coworking space, and we’re honored and thrilled to start meeting that need,” said the location’s community manager Trent Oswalt on the firm’s website.

Common Desk is aiming to triple its operations in Dallas-Fort Worth this year to stay competitive with large firms such as WeWork and Regus. In addition to the new Plano location, Common Desk is planning a Fort Worth space and adding 4,500 square feet to its Deep Ellum location, according to the DMN.
